Hardware issues with mSupply ColdChain
Minimum hardware requirements
mSupply ColdChain requires slightly higher specifications than standard mSupply Mobile Android device hardware requirements. Refer to the mSupply ColdChain hardware specifications.
Connecting to power
Once the mSupply ColdChain application is open on the device, it will prevent the device from going to sleep. For this reason, we recommend you keep the device connected to a power supply when using mSupply ColdChain.
